Refund Policy

All purchases of Scryla are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

In accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms, customers have the right to cancel their purchase and request a refund within 14 days of purchase, without giving any reason.

Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with their refund policy. To request a refund, please contact support@scryla.com, and we will assist you with submitting the request to Paddle, or visit paddle.net.
